Wow! You’re a shaper/glasser that owns his own surfboard factory and they can’t even get you current product and pricing information.

Shame on them. I know they’ve been going crazy since Clark closed but if there’s one thing someone like you should get, it’s product and pricing info.

I wonder if they’ve ever heard the saying “If you don’t take care of your customer, someone else will”?
