Good Lord! That’s insane. I especially liked the shot afterwards with the snow building up on his wetsuit. Geez!

Jaysus, Jank! you couldn’t get me to surf those Superior waves, even if it was 85F, crystal clear, sunny blue-sky day. No one’s as hardcore as those guys. ( i was watchnig youtube last night - i think from the UNSALTED trailer - joe curren - col mcphillips and dem, they were paddling thruog mini-bergs in the line up. one was so big a guy jumped off it to catch a wave…pretty good waves in that flick)

Ya we get some decent days … that wasn’t one of them … lol … big but messy. A place just West of there was breaking better I should have stayed there … the search for more size led me to something less than ideal for sure.

Once the winds turned to gales, I probably would have packed it in but the news reporter seemed stoked so I paddled back out.
