What a feeling!!

Just put a filler/hot coat on the deck of my first board, wow, what a feeling!!. It’s probably the bumpiest, ugliest board ever made, but it still an awesome feeling to know it is actually fairly close to being ready to ride. It was cool to feel how smooth it comes out. A big thanks to all here for advice, and help. I was a bit worried about the resin, as when i last used it, i left a smal plastic container in the drum, as a scoop. That was 3 weeks or so ago, and today when i opened the lid, it had kinda broken down!!, looked like it had melted into the resin. I tried to scoop around it but i got some in the hotcoat resin. Anyway, the resin set as normal, with a few tiny bits of the container visible in the coat!!!. Will remember that!.

Anyway, i’ll post some pics tomorrow for your amusement!!.

Got some pics for your guys. Let me know what you think. It’s prett bumpy, but im hoping it will come up better when we sand it. Im just hoping it floats!!

the power of soul

is evident.

make it so

and ride it …

love this board

it will take you places you have never been.

…ambrose…

Looks fine to me. That’ll be easy to sand.

Thanks for the encouraging advice!. P.S how do you get the pics on the page??. My pc wont let me do it, and it drives me nuts!!!

Don’t dwell on the flaws,

…becaz you built it w/ your own hands and heart …it will ride like no other…like magic.
