What do you ride the most?

If you had to name one, just one board that you ride the most what would it be? For Example: Thruster, Fish, Egg, Mini Gun, Gun, Fun shape, Mal, or Long board.

Thruster, I’m riding it most because I can, while i’m young, cause when im 40 im not going to be riding wather thins.

Thruster the most, then Mal second, i ride a single fin when the waves are right for it.

Thruster !!! , I’m not young ,but I like to surf vertical still. Good response Josh at the (other obnoxious post) DR

…At the moment, my 5’7 " ‘stubbie’ single fin…while the waves are under head high, I’ve been LOVING this board !

It’s replaced my 7’ single fin, AND my 5’11 fish this summer [now].

At 52 years old it’s longboards from now on, although every once in a while I get a yearning for a fun shape and something speedy in the 7’0 to 7’6" range.

Fishes ninety percent of the time the last year. I made a couple of singles. One I liked, the other I havn’t decided yet. Mike

7’8 Fat boy thruster.

Been riding fish a ton lately, got my gun wet just recently, and I’m not adverse to taking out a longboard every once in awhile. I have a thruster that sees a lot of action too. It all really depends on the day.

But if the surf is decent, one of my fish is the first board I go to.

7’ funboard. When I get on my twin fin shortboard, it feels like im skating around because its so hard for me to turn the 7’er. But it gets mroe waves in mushy beach break than anything else I have, and I don’t really want to go get a longboard if that is as hard to turn as it is.

From the sounds of it, that twinnie is exactly what you need for those small mushy waves.

9’2 mal because the waves suit , but always have a paddle on a 7’0 or 7’2. In a perfect world I would love to just ride a 7’6 pintail In perfect 6 ft barrelling sand bottom left hand point on my own private island. I need a holiday.

man, i’ll join you on that island with a 7’0 and we’ll swap every now and again.

i generally ride a 5’7 or a 6’0 single fin when it’s small to medium, a rounded pin 6’9 single when it’s getting solid, a 7’6 narrow swallow single when it’s too big for the 6’9 and if it’s small and weak but sort of long i’ll ride a mid 60’s job.

Until I can finish the board for my sons and another for my brother, I really only have one board. 10’6" soft rail belled cruiser. So far it has taken me comfortable into 8-12’ face point break and down to 6" ripples.

personally I am a tall guy about 6’6" so I like to ride em small, about a foot shorter than me, with dark hair and a fat ass!

7’6" “speed egg” with a rounded pin
