something “scary” is happening: if I click on one of the boards in the “Resources” section, the page that appears shows the board, whit photos and descriptions, but scrolling down I saw a Chart/Table kind of layout, full of data I couldn’t seem to understand (didn’t look Surf related).
well, I scrolled down (I’m Curious) and I started noticing things I wouldn’t like to see there like:
-My username (No big deal)
-My real name
-My personal Email account
I didn’t go all the way down yet, it could get worse, but I’d like to know how they got there, and if it can be avoided.
Yeah, I don’t think its that big of a deal because all the info that is shown is actually available in the resources section like the contact email and name are all shown anyway. But it needs to be fixed nonetheless.
I contacted Safeway headquarters and by way of your membership card that you swipe for discounts, I was able to find out exactly what you’ve purchased not only day before yesterday but everytime you’ve shopped there.
Not that it’s any of my business but you do need to cut down on those saturated fats and refined sugars!
The feta is in your refrigerator, second shelf from the top, right front corner.
Howzit moai, Ditto here, very strange, must have something to do with the person who is looking at the board and it may be that only the person who clicked the picture can see the info. This isn't that bad if nobody else can see another person's info. Aloha,Kokua
You guys are good. First off, all that jibberish is nothing to worry about. No one can see your personal information except you – the person logged in at your computer. That stuff is a “variable dump” that I use to see what the program has available to it. I use it for coding and debugging and sometimes I forget to turn off the dump. It’s off now.
