what shape will you be riding this summer?

couple of weeks ago I was getting a little sick of the all the cold weather that we have been having. so I thought I would get myself in the mood for summer so I decided to build this little beauty. 6’2"  211/2 w 3" thick. Marko eps “halibut” blank.epoxy glassing by Jimmy Keith.

fcs boxes( i have the fins on order)…M R TFX LARGE twins with small GS trailers.

Its just what the doctor ordered… I feel much better now!

Photobucket Pictures, Images and Photos 5’10 x 22 1/2 x 2 3/4 mini simm this board is a small wave monster. Single to Double and beveled rails and twinzer setup. On another note I just order my blank for a 4 channeled single fin I am about to start shaping. First time doing channels so hope it goes alright

Summer is gone for us, but in small waves, this is what i have been enjoying. 5'8 x 21 x 3.

Knee to Overhead this works , soCal daily driver for the last year . Lots of use this sumer at the river jetty and Trestles

Summer just on its way out here in New Zealand. Recently I got hold of a performance fish and have been loving it. 5'10" 19 1/2" 2 1/4". Single to double concave with flyers into a tight swallow. Thruster set up with Big Occy side fins and an M5 center. Fun as a twin in smaller surf.

Am Loving it (just a bit less than my new daughter). Works in small and big. Paddles nice. Loose as (a goose?). Crafted by master shaper Dick Van Strallen who seems to know what hes doing (thanks Mate).

for 1 foot to head high(standing)

for biggah

After much consideration…these two were my choices for Mainland Mex. They await my return to Acapulco.

 cheers Mark !

glad the fins [and board] are working well for you !

my summer [as you probably have noticed from " the chipper files" thread !] , I took a lot of photos , as a bone spur in the right elbow has been causing some grief.

  but on the rare occassions it was do-able , I alternated between the 9'4 cooloola mal , the 6'6 walden 5 plugger [CD ? 4 ?!"] , and , more recently ...
