I’m getting a Tudor HPNR. It is 9.0, 14.25" tail, 18" at the nose, 22 7/8" mid. I’m looking for performance as well as noseriding in med to large surf. Love to hear what you rippers are using.
Aloha

The link below shows my favorite templates for High Performance Longboards. It really depends on how much rail bit you want when I comes to sizing the rail fins but 3.5’ to 4.5" is the range. The center can run 7.5 to 8.5 inches for a board like you have depending on how steep the surf is and how positive you want the tail.

No Worries, Rich
For centre fin, I prefer a seven inch fin over an 8 inch. Seven inch felt just as fast and freer. Sidebites, can’t remember! Surfing quads these days.
Thanks for the photos and post. The Tudor HPNR comes with 3.5" lokbox sidebites and an 8.5" PJ. Never heard of either one but if Joel is putting it out there, they must be good.
Thanks again,
Maui
