What to do with a lot of balsa?! Sell it!? Alaias?

Hi Everyone,

I need ideas about what to do with a lot of balsa!

I’ve order balsa sheets in 2mm from Maxim Indowood and the MOQ was already 1500sheets… then problems occured and I have to get more balsa from them…long story. Now I have to chose balsa from 1mm thick to 100mm thick, 100mm wide and 1m in length.

So first of all,** if someone is interested in buying some, price will be very atractive (0.4$ per 2mm sheet and cheap shipping from Thailand) but let me know quickly!!**

Then I need ideas about what to do with as I usually don’t use more than 20 sheets of 2mm to make a board’s skin.

Alaias? I haven’t seen balsa Alaias! If glassed it should be ok no?!? Please tell me if you know about balsa alaia :slight_smile:

bump - I’d love to know if a Balsa Ala’ia would be okay if wrapped with 4oz glass and hotcoated - should be just as strong as a regular board right??
