What to do with this find?

So a friend and I found this broken longboard nose section and I want to try and make something out of it, its 44’’ x 2 1/4’’ x 22 1/2’’  (lenghth along stringer x thickness at base x width at the base). i have some shaping experience, no glassing experience, very little money and access to a wide variety of tools. any comments/suggestions?

Paipo… Make fins out of scrap wood panels, use cheap brown lam resin… Add wax for hotcoat… Spend money on good rubber squeegee and good sand paper… Make sanding blocks out of 2 x 4’s… Borrow all the tools you can… You will need to buy beer for the person who lends you the tools and shaping room…
