What's a good blank for a bigger fish than 6,2?

I know the 6,2C is the standard fish blank, but what works well for making a fish in the 6,6 range, for a much bigger person? Any suggestions? Obviously, something as close tolerance as possible.

Also, what kind of custom rockers have you guys ordered using the standard 6,2C? It seems to have too much rocker in stock, so I’m wondering what others suggest.

Thanks.

The 6’9"A or the new 6’8"P are listed in the Clark catalogue as fish blanks.

Actually they have a brand new 6’5" P that’s either coming out, or is out.

6’9 A is an abosolutelty awesome and versatile blank.

Fairmont,

I asked a similar question here a while back, whether to go with the 6’8"P or 6’9"A for a 6’6" fish. The suggestion was the 6’8"P, it is thinner with less rocker than the 6’9"A. I just finished shaping the fish, used the 6’8"P, basically skinned it and the thickness was right on. Went with the stock rocker.
