Hasn’t worked in days. Anyone else having trouble?

I am having the same problem with Boardcad. Downloaded the new version (along with the latest Java and Java 3D programs) and Boardcad won’t open.
Doesn’t work for me either. Mac or Windows. Followed their troubleshooting tips. Still not working.
I’m very new to this, but when it doesn’t open for me, I go to the download link they sent me and it opens fine from there.
Same here AKU isnt working with the latest Java.
AKU needs to fix something.
Had the same problems. It is back-up and running. There are instructions on their website under troubleshooting. Got to go to the Java console in Windows and delete the old Aku file and remove the old desktop icon. Download the new Aku program with their link and create a new shortcut for the new program from the same Java console.
If you’ve already downloaded the newest version you can go straight to the Java console and do all of the above in one shot. The latest version of Java had a bug in it that caused the older version of Aku to not run. The newest version of Aku solves the problem.
Took me almost 2 hours to figure it out.
AKU’s working for me now – wishing BC would, because I really like the curvature view, but you can delete the center rocker point and be sure you have a continuous curve
I still CANNOT get boardcad to open. Downloaded the latest versions of Java and Java 3D as instructed. Get an error message that simply says, “unable to launch the application”.
Any troubleshooters out there?
