I think that is the name I saw stenciled on the foam of two SUP blanks that I took a look at today. Also got to look at EPS by US Blanks. Anybody shape any of these and what do you think? The SUP blanks were three bills($300).
The White Hot blanks are very nice, one of the better ones I’ve mowed in eps. The new US eps I haven’t done yet. I like how they are molded with deck crown though.

Yeah I thought so Dennis. The beads look good. The crown on the deck of the US Blanks caught my interest as well. Are you using a shapers barrel on the EPS that you are shaping?
Yeah McDing, the abrasive barrel is the ticket for eps. I’ve got the straight barrel, though the spiral one may be better because the spiral makes for a cooler cut with less tendency to heat and or melt foam.
Melting not really a problem with eps but xps… I’m told anyway, from Patagonia guys, they use xps… gotta use the spiral barrel.
I’m not sure of the price difference between the straight barrel and the spiral. But, they aren’t cheap either way.

white hot is good . . .
I’ll give another thumbs up to White Hot Foam…it’s good stuff. I’ve got a few personal boards made with WHF which look great and have endured very well. Also all of our section connectors and SUP’s are made from WHF. Here’s a pic of a WHF 10’ 6" Phillips SUP for a customer in PR.
Heard nothing but good things. American blanks too. Davo in FL as well. And Marco of course. Lots of good stuff out there as the cream rises to the top.
