I’m a graphic artist and I have a potential customer that is asking about printing on white rice paper? I have only used regular rice paper which as you know is white and then becomes transparent once it is laminated in the board. Has anyone herd of white rice paper?

"quality art for quality boards"
I’ve never heard or seen of such a thing but, something I’ve done that worked for me is-
Try spray painting the back side of the the rice paper with white Krylon enamel after you printed it. It’s usually done for boards that have resin color that conflicts with the colors in the laminate. The limitation to this is that shape of the art can’t be too complex since you’re trimming the rice paper to the border of the art.
On boards that are painted, I print 2 images and use one as a cutting guide to mask the area that the laminate will be placed at, so that area remains white. The trick is the glasser has to line up the laminate perfectly with the white area when he glasses the board. A good glasser can do this. A hack glasser with an ill attitude can sabotage the thing.
