Finally! I know the ANSWER to someone’s question!
That song (“Fugitive”) is on “African Roots” by the Skatalites. It’s a really good, chill album. The sound quality is a little rough (recorded in 74-75), but it’s something I throw on all the time. It’s on Amazon under the artist name Lloyd Brevett not Skatalites.

EDIT: Dang…just got through the video and realized it changes tunes halfway through. I recognize the second funk tune too, but can’t place it at the moment. It’s really famous and I have it somewhere on my iPod I think. Not sure if that’s the song you were referring to. If I think of it, I’ll post the name.
