so i am a new shaper just bought everthing ill need to start a new board. so i have decided that i would like to make a retro fish and i am just tring to make shure its the the ride for me so i was hoping if any one could give the some dimention of a board that you think would best fit my weight 180lbs & hight 6 feet. anyhelp would be great thanks.

If you rip, 5'6'' x 20'' to 5'8'' x 21''.

If you're intermediate, 5'10'' x 21.5'' to 6'0'' x 22''.

If you're a beginner, 6'2'' to 6'4'', but that's not really a ''retro fish'' because there were never any fish that long back in the early 70s.
