Xposed corecork.with kick

I’m so behind the times…   boo hoo…  seriously, very nice stuff…

reverb  the cork is not easy to get a clean line with/?

i use a pin line  but hey thats just me.

whats all the crap about the cork raw  if it is all done right there is no water intrusion whatsoever. full  stop

when it is in the water it may take up a small amount  not anywhere as much as the weight of the wax on a nrml board

once you ride the cork top you may never go back haa’’

this ones been glassed thats a different story again

Drew, great work.  I love how you portray it as just throwing some lose parts together.  A little of this and that.  ha. Hardly.

Huie, I usually get all excited when see an attractive woman in fish net stockings.  Familiar feeling here.  Can you show us a little more?

greg  that is a polypropolene net  goes from rail to rail under the cork

its a furthering of an idea given to me  by   J D         the reports are good so i will keep it going

my family has a lot of surfers there all wanting whole quivers of cork tops including mals       i think i might retire

then again ithought i allready  had.

cheers huie

???

cheers huie

nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!

only the good looking get retire…so back in the labshaping bay for u huie!

look…i don’t pretend be a shapers left testie.

i love glassin but relised decades ago that never pay bills.

the thing with this cork is…ITS THE BEST GRIP EVA! doesnt matter how good the board goes…if u can’t stand on it and slide off it!

keep your wax…shove your deck grips…nothing grips better,

trust me…i need all the grip i can get when i surf…lol and it doesnt melt all over your car seats…this fact alone

could save my marriage!

it does indent…but if your boards giving you everything u could want…i carry the war wounds with pride

i can really see this going well for longboarders…like guys who dance up and down there boards…will b super stoked grip this gives em!

p.s yes i love my board, but its not just the cork…huie got the shape spot on for me…magic board…u only get a few a lifetime

imo- what i’m trying say…cork doesn’t fix design faults…dud board with cork top? still a dud…but on a decent shape…ohhhyeahmumma!

Huie,

Just out of curiosity, is that a layer of innegra I’m seeing under the netting?

Thanks for posting Drew, talked to Neilson a few weeks ago about the exposed cork and he was really stoked on it, ordering a 9’0" LB this week.

First pic is of cork under, build on deck is poly/cotton inlay/nl20/6e. After 15 hours of wakesurfing on weights from 120# to 240# their is not a single heal dent on the deck.
