For the cutting edge stuff like this, you need to try it yourself. Lots of people will say it’s BS, yet they never tried it. When you try it, you may find that you like it, or it works as the designer said it would. That’s the beauty of making things yourself, you are able to change things based on your experiences.
thats how i set up my quads. but wider apart… very dependable in bigger surf DOH+. i set mine just like shark countrys photos . they are very drivey and fast and you can lean over the turn hard as you like . not as a loose as a thruster i ride the board shorter off the front foot. trimtastic!! they suit a wide tail. think of a keel fish and the setup has leanings to that feel, it doesnt feel anything like a thruster at all…
