10’-9" x 22 1/2" x 3 3/8" minimalist big board. Designed with Shape3d and CNC cut at Marko Foam Products. Blank is 2.0 lb/ft^3 EPS with 1/4" basswood stringer. Glassing materials from Fiberglass Source/Surf Supply in Oceanside. 2 layers 4 oz on the bottom and 2 layers 6 oz on the deck with Apex epoxy resin, wet sanded finish. The Apex resin is good stuff. Fin is 9.0 FU Alpha Flex. This board weighs 20 pounds with fin.
