100% Green Fins?

So i was looking at the show us your homemade fins thread and i posted a picture of one of my fins, wich paled in compairison to the others. I then thought about maybe makin fiberglass fins, but i am not so good at foiling. Then i stumbeled on the idea of mold fin making after i saw the futures fin factory tour video ( wich you should see if you havent, some pretty interesting stuff in there) the problem was is i have no injection molding machine. I have a few ideas. 1. I make a fiberglass mold and pour resin with chopped finerglass into the mold. Then hook up a vacuum pump to pull out the air bubbles and voids to fill the mold completely. Option duo. I would pour resin with glass into the fiberglass mold or with melted plastic bottles or plastic bags or somthing similar. I would then attach a air source and PumP in air untill there are no voids. Or i would make a plaster mold and pour in melted recyceld bottles. Tell me what u think.

If I wanted a green fin I would use green paint.

Pro Box Larry builds a fin that uses 100% recycled material...as in post consumer product...if you understand that....

....or he can make you a really nice fibergass fin....I have lots of fins from Larry...

I like the greenie recycled ones.....but the Red Fiberglass fins are best!
