just finished my 12 board, fully hand made glassed and fin systems and no sooner than its glassed and ready to go , bang! All the mistakes jump right out at me , or i start to think on if i did it again i’d change that or this.Is this normal, Love the boardbuiding process but get frustrated at the end after all the time and effort i think itcould be better.
Dont expect much at board number 12. I made plenty of boards that I was really frustrated with and couldnt even look at. Ive only done 25-30 boards and it slowly gets easier as you figure the small tricks out. Just keep shaping/ glassing and youll get there.
I still get those feelings too. Don’t despair.
