What can you tell me about this John Belik 7’0" stinger from 1978 ? Found it in a lab and had it patched up.

How do you know it’s a '78? Any other markings, besides the lam?
On the stringer it states “Shaped by Belik 2-78” I am assuming this means February 1978 because the board is not 2" thick and 7’8".
