any backyard geniuses coming up with next gen 2 - piece, multi piece boards to show?
With airline fees just getting so damn stupid, there really needs to be a breakthrough with a function board that can be
slipped into a golf bag or display case bag to avoid these crazy fees.

That looks like the "Pope" technology. With all the probs he's had customer service wise; Somebody should just rip him off anyway. It's out there. Just requires someone with a better business since and a stronger desire to satisfy customers than Pope. He probably never patented it any how. And--- If he did it's probably run out by now.

A firm believer in custom boards, I could make an exception for a ‘right sized’ multi piece, ideally with different length/shaped sections to create a one board quiver, that stored in a case and fit in the trunk…gotta think sooner or later…
