No it is not chambered, at that length without some additional strength factor, my suggestion that it have an internal stringer.
The 16 footer I had previously made for then was chambered, a giant south hit and in an attempt to recreate Dukes epic ride from outside Castles to Waikiki it was broken, no stringers
My friend posted the guy who owns it says it weighs 250 lbs, and cost the guy $22,000.
The wood was 2500.00. I had to drive for it, I charged 7500.00 to built a boat and the secret was dealing with lumber that was warped and how to flatten it out.
I muscled it around all by my self, Dick had to have an aide to assist in moving it around.’
The owner has 7 Brewers on display at the coffee shop.
