‘‘I can think of a few places around here that the Orphan would work

the cluster affect the board being that far back?’’

I have been working with some guys on 5’ Squish boards. They push the tails really hard. These were made to allow for full rail bottom turns and have lots of down the line “catch up” speed.  Moved fin cluster back flattened the rocker put in some V panels to get there. Going for drive not hop.

I know lots of places…

Hi Ace,

I can think of a few places around here that the Orphan would work great.  I noticed the fins are set back closer to the the tail. How does the cluster affect the board being that far back?

I knew it was gonna go that way.

First I could not place the board

then I have no place to call home.   “Orphan”.

Than Orphan got more fins

More fins = Orfin…NAME CHANGE IS COMPLETE.

sometimes it takes on a life of its own

No way. Not Orphan, …ORFIN.

Dimensions dementia…

18" n. x 22"w x17 1/2"t. x 2 3/4" thick.

Too wide too narrow too long too short too thick too thin too many fins = Orphan

Nice!!! like the Black and White photos too.

C'mon ace, don't tease, give us all the dims!!!!. Wish there was someone here making boards like that!

Is that a little channel going out the tail?  Ever try something like this as a twinzer?
