5'10" Fish #1 before glassing

http://www.flickr.com/photos/90843168@N00/

hi emissions !

what width and nose and tail dimensions on your 5’10 " fish , please ?

will you be making your own keels or fins for it ? (glassed on , or plugged / boxed ?)

Are you going to paint / tint / pigment the board ?

cheers !

ben

p.s. - please let us know how it looks , and more importantly …rides, when it’s all done eh ?

Hi Ben

It’s 5’10" measured from the botton, 21 1/2in. at the wide point, 15.5in. a foot from the tail, 17.25in a foot from the nose. Wide point is about 4 inches up from center. Thickness is roughly 2.5 in. I got a little thin esp. in the tail using the 6’2C … nice blank but little room for error. Typically ride with a little more thickness and more volume in the tail. We’ll see how she goes.

I planning on doing a swirl on the bottom, cutlap with clear desk. Dual pinline. I’ll post photos hopefully this weekend, hangover permitting of the progress. Thanks for the interest.

BTW. Here’s some material for your Moonlight thread
