Saw one of these on A Japanese site, way cool pintail. Anyone know anything about them? Did they have concave? I’d like a repro, or should I stick with a straight ahead volan pintail? Cheers! John H
I’ve never seen a 60’s version but have a couple more recent 10 footers. I think they may have a flatter more down railed tail section than the old ones. If interested, I can give you the info on them.
I think I found the site to which you refer. The vintage model also appears wider - both at the wide point and definitely the nose. I couldn’t read much text but the board photos are cool.
