I have a little egg 6"3" by 20.5 by 2 3/4 that’s ready to go in the oven. Flat rocker and a little v through the fin box area. What weight are you guys glassing your little eggs. Is the heavy glass job the way to go on these things with the single fin. 6oz top and bottom or 6top and 4 bottom. I’m still deciding on a straight single fin or a finbox with side fins setup. Thanks
i have a 5’10 that i glassed in 7.5oz volan all around and i love it. go with the straight single fin. -steve>>> I have a little egg 6"3" by 20.5 by 2 3/4 that’s ready to go in > the oven. Thanks I have a 6’4 hybrid fish that is of similar dimensions (slightly thinner) that is glassed with 6/4oz deck, 6 oz. bottom, gloss and polish. It’s not super light but doesnt feel heavy thats for sure. Using a center fin box and two side bites sounds like a good option, you can use it as a single, 2+1, or thruster set up with this configuration.
