70's jacobs eggs- hully?

hey i just purchased a hap jacob 7’6" egg from the 70’s. anybody have any knowledge of this board- it looks an awful lot like a hull/stubbie- slight belly, pinched 50/50 rails, finbox somewhat forward, just wondering if anybody has any insights- did hap produce boards with hull properties? i read somewhere that liddle used to ride and work for jacobs- any truth to this? havent riden it yet so no comments about its riding characteristics and i am unclear of the exact characteristics of a true hull.thanks a bunch
