It’s “SURFING-related” , because I read it on a T-shirt worn by Mick Fanning in a cutback sequence in one of the Australian “surf mags” this month [NOT Surfing World, by the way …they [ so far] have more class !]

the shirt read ,

"if I wanted to hear from an arsehole , I would have farted " **

what also made it funny was a [certain cryptic poster here’s] comment on my comment …“Fanning” , ‘arsehole’ , and ‘farted’ … “pun , I’m sure, intended” …

(it was , actually, something I had missed [ that’s not like me, normally, to miss a pun opportunity ! …my dad was an English lecturer , in his pre-retirement days )

** …with apologies to ‘l’il surfer girl’ and ‘daisy’ and any other girls / ladies , and / or prudes who may be lurking [god knows why?] on this forum .
