Surf’s Up! Playboy by Wallin Unveils 2008 Collection

California-based Wallin Surfboards announced that it has joined forces with Playboy to launch a new line of custom surfboards this Spring. Playboy Surf by Wallin will retail for $600 to $2000, and will be available nationwide through the Wallin factory in Costa Mesa, specialty surf shops and online at www.wallinsurfboards.com.

“Playboy is a brand that Wallin has been interested in working with for years. We started with one-of-a-kind boards developed for Holly, Bridget and Kendra for an episode of the E!'s hit TV show ‘Girls Next Door,’ and we didn’t want to stop there,” said John Levandoski, president of Wallin Surfboards. "We are pleased to be introducing a collection of 30 styles of long and short boards for both men and women.
Playboy Surf by Wallin made its international television debut this season on E!'s hit show the “Girls Next Door.” World-renowned surfer Kelly Slater taught Bridget and Kendra to “hang ten” on Wallin boards, in the episode entitled, “Surf’s Up!”
