Additive F Ratios In Metrics

Can anyone give me the mix ratios of Add F in metrics not imperials?

Lams 1cc per fluid oz (us) hardener =1ml per 29.6ml

Hotcoat =2ml per 29.6ml

I just think of it as roughly 3% and 6%

Use additive F at 1% of mixed total for lminating and hot coats and at 2% for glossing.
