I can actually relate this to a design issue. Our family of four plans to do Tamarindo nxt Christmas. Kids want mellow learner waves and there are slightly more intense waves for Dad. Two questions - Does it make more sense to rent board there than hassel & $$ of transport? I am making a 6’ 10" now but will glass on the side fins if it only travels on the car top. Also, any recommendations for a nice hotel for a family? El Jardin? On the quiet side would be good. We’ve never been there. Thanks
