Advice on a minimal please.

Basically I’m building my next board (#2) which I’ll be starting this weekend. I’m going to be doing a 7’8 minimal but I can’t decide on how to do nose section.

I did the template on my 1st board, with an 8’ x 3" thin bendy length of stainless steel and marked out the centre width, nose and tail etc as I think most do (I may be wrong, but that’s how I learnt through researching) anyway, when it comes to the nose on a minimal is there a way of marking out the nose to get the right rounded shape? Also any other advice would be great.

Thanks in advance,
Steve.

Get a bigmal trace around the outside then cut a piece out of the center , minimal.

Hi Steve. Sent you a PM, have a couple of spin templates & rocker templates for that size! Will post them down if you send me your address. Not down your way again until May. Slanj

You can download from blendigcurves or make both your rocker and template in boardcad
