Advise on rocker profile for this shape...

Wanted to shape something similar to the Canvas 512 MNR (http://canvassurfboards.com/surfboards/funboards/512-mnr/), and was wondering what kind of rocker profile would be conducive to a mini noserider like this. I know noserider is all about the rider and almost anything can be noseridin, but was interested where I should start with this kind of board. Im used to old skool logs with kicked tails, low nose rocker, etc so wasnt sure where to go with this one so any advise would be awesome.
So far i was thinking (per website specs):
6’4
21.25 width
2.5 thicknes
Rails?

At some point, lack of length becomes counter-productive in nose riding. You need the displacement to keep it stuck in the lip. I’m curious, what is the goal here?

100% counter productive, but I like the idea of a smaller board for the winter that is still able to get a fun lil cheater 5 in on. The board has concave through out the board to supposedly aid in more lift. The vimeo video on the site shows some fun surfing on the board. Figured I see how it works out. Recommendations? Alternatives?

They show the rocker profile on the page linked so not sure where the question “what kind of rocker profile…” is coming from. Why wouldn’t you just use a similar rocker if that’s the board you want?
The rails look round and full, but not 50-50 like an old school longboard, there is a bit of a soft edge showing on the bottom, where the rail abruptly ends, about an inch or less in.
From my point of view, the board looks funnest when it’s being ridden like a fish, the noseriding looks strained and kinda precarious to me.

Ive shaped 1 board and dont really have the eye to look at a board and know the rocker, hence me asking the question. Ever ask a chef what he seasoned his food with and he laughed at you and said taste it its in front of you. By looking Id guess 2 1/2 in the tail and 3 1/2 in the nose. Just figured Id get advise from more experienced people.

“look at the curves not the numbers” - (guess who)
the linked page shows the thickness right around 2.5", so armed with that info, you should be able to guesstimate.

I guess this is a good reminder for me to do just that. Ive slowly tried, but sometimes you gotta learn the template before you can break it.

Hmmmm interesting. I think you just taught someone to fish… Thanks!
