Does anyone have experience with this stuff? Is it harder for a glasser to use than regular glass? I want to order some on my next board but am not sure if most glassers have used it yet.
We’ve used it off and on for some time now. There’s no real difference from the glasser’s point of view. Texture-wise the cloth feels thinner but I would think that anyone with some glassing experience would quickly adjust; going from 4 oz to 6 oz would be a bigger challenge. Hope this helps.
hey plus one, Yeah it helps. I want to make sure that the glasser knows how to work with the stuff if I order it on my board. So I guess he will. Thanks mark
I have been using it for over a year now and love it. No noticable difference between it and JPS and it cost less per yard. Its regular glass cloth, just a different company.
