I’m making a longboard for a friend and just made a super rad jig for routing out single fin boxes. I was so excited to use it that I routed out the hole and set the fin box before I hotcoated the board. So now I have black resin that seeped into the weave around the fin box. It got under the tape. So in my panic I spilled a few drops of resin around the box…and it soaked into the weave. I don’t know what I was thinking. I’m soooo pissed because the board was coming along so well. I was really really happy with it. Ho the hell can I either cover this up get rid of it? I’m pissed at myself.
pigment a black detail around the box.
how easy?
