AKU shaper not working please help!

I’ve tried uninstall reinstall and ge the same"unable to launch application" message.Does anyone out ther have any advice?

Java not running properly was the problem.I have a sattelite internet provider and a pop up page came up telling me to pay my bill.I guess it got sucked into my java thinking it was an update and screwed my aku/java connection.I had to uninstall both programs then turn off my computer.I then had to reinstall java and restart my computer.Then the same with aku shaper,now it works fine.Luckily all of my brd. files were still there.

Check your operating system? It could be that your system is not compatible with that program. Check the AKU system requirements.

Aku and BoardCAD run on JAVA, so update/re-install JAVA. That can be the problem.
