Hi,
the jnlp file only contains info about where to download the app from and what files to get, it’s an xml file in text format(open in notepad). It does not contain the app itself so using only the jnlp without the app being installed previously will get you nowhere. However the .jnlp contain the download link for all the files you need so you can download the app by using the information in the .jnlp file.
What pdf printer do you have a problem with in BoardCAD? I’m using bullzip pdf printer without any problems. If you have any problems with BoardCAD please PM me or send me an email. I love bugreports almost as much as suggestions for improvements.
regards,
Håvard
Fuhhget about it , until a later time.
Until then using both of the others (BoardCad, Shape3d) will do fabulously.
No cutting house , to my knowlege, will require a AKU file.
They can handle them all.
Salvaging someone elses older computer can be a problem solver also, as
will reinstalling/repairing a windows install on your current one.
You may also want to investigate your Java permissions.
?Maybe there is a setting preventing this from running?
Google, my friend.
Ah! That explains why it worked when I tested it from a flash drive!
I really should stop posting info about things I really know nothing about…
I’ll send you a PM Haavard, BoardCad is definitely my No.1 choice, it has some things that Aku doesn’t and that really works for me. Just gotta figure out my printing probs!
Very much apprecuited for your help and the app in the first place mate, it kicks serious arse!
