Your right I should have posted in General.
I have Blue Dow Billets. 7 left 8 footers x 24 inches
67R per-cuts ready for stringers = 50 of them (Just stringer and glue) Blue Dow
All the Balsa that I threw away on the week-end was still there by thursday?
So I had it re-stacked. Funny no one took it?
There are at least 25 pre-cuts 5’10 - 6’4’s left prefect?
Longboard’s 10 left - Pre-cuts 9’0 - 9’2’s - 9’4’s - 9’6’s 10’0?
1 SUP Pre-cut EPS 2.5 pound = $200.00 10’4"
I threw away so many hot wire tools (11’ stringer spliter) (8’0" stringer spliter)
Wire’s, Cords, Plugs, Rocker jigs (50 or more)
Many Blanks were discarded.

Thanks Surf Teach for coming by today and scoring some blanks!
It’s good to know that there are board builders out there actually making some boards.
Is anyone interested in heading up for the balsa from the San Diego area? Keith? I’d be happy to go in with someone for wood and gas, though I wouldn’t be able to pick it up myself (see my location!) If someone’s willing to stock it? I can pick up my share during one of my trips home, usually once per year. Payment of my share via paypal or check, whatever’s easier for you.
Why, you may ask? I’d like to shape a board or two for friends when I’m home, and with the price and risk of transport it’s a bit of a pain to shape them here and bring them over. I have a 9’2" balsa for my brother that’s been waiting here for over a year… though he did get his 6’2" balsa compsand fish on the last trip. That one was a little easier to transport.
Hey SD!!
Thanks for the block wood! I think you should start
a thread over in discussion to move some of those
pre-shapes and maybe those blocks of dow foam!
I got a lot of work to do before I get to the pre-shapes,
but at least my elbows will thank ya!
Anyway, let us know when the new website is up,
surfteach
One cool thing about Surfteach and Deadshaper they actually make surfboards!
I was starting to worry that not one was still making boards?
Anyway I sold the sweetest longboard inventory of pre-cuts that were so clean.
I have a couple left.
There is still at least 30 shortboard blanks left.
7 billets of XPS BLUE
25 xps blanks read for glue and stringer -= $20.00 each So Cheap (no way you can buy the material for that) 6’7" 2 1/2"
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, I just moved to Vancouver Island I would of bought at leas 10 to 20 precuts. If you take a vacation to the PNW please bring precuts. I could get them sold up here after I finished them.
I just PMed you surfding. Looking forward to hearing from you.

I have some glossed and polished Single fin retro guns 7’0" x 19 1/4" x 3" Two for them; 9’2" gloss and polished glass-on fin nose rider color foam tee band stringer and a few shortboards (Grom sizes). Two kneeboards (Wide and thick for a big guy) One is a bonser.
Just wanted to bump this up for a couple reasons.
I just got back from surfdings shop and grabbed 8 blanks for myself to mess around with. The guy hooked me up big time. I wish I had a bigger truck and more money to spend. You guys should really head up there not only to get some sweet stuff but to also help a brother out. Would be a darn shame for SD to have to throw all of that stuff out. If I can I am going to try and get up there again before he throws the stuff out.
Come one guys…get some!

Man I really wish I lived near you, I would have baught a bunch of shortboard preshapes
I wished more board builders lived in Southern California. Just Kidding!
Today I will sell the last of my PU Blanks that are CNC cut. Whatever is left I will give to a school.
For you I would give you a bunch for free to show I’m all about giving back. If I can help anybody make a few extra buck I will.
What size do you ride?
I can save a couple for you in my storage unit and next time you are south I can give them to you.
One condition? If your near Tofino you can bring back a finish board for Peter Deprives. Family Friend up there.
Hey, I dont live to close to tofino, but I do make trips up there frequently, Im looking for blanks from 5’10-6’6 but the problem is with school and all I wont be in the states anytime soon, Im sure if you have a couple left I could arrange either shipping or a visiting friend, its just as a semi new shaper its a heck of a oppurtunity to pass up
Jon:
What do you like to ride? I’ll take a primo cut and send it to you.
Just pay the shipping. I can throw two in there for you.
It’s not what you take it’s what you give!

Thanks man it is greatly appreciated, currently I ride a 6’0 T Knox and a 5’11 Flyer 2 So any blanks along those lines I would love to glass, maybe if you can fit two, one squash and one swallow tail if you have them, and yet again thanks over many times.
I have a bunch in that range. Very close to what you mentioned?
I have a box to fill and you pay the shipping and it’s a deal!
It’s not what you take it’s what you give!
Thanks, all this help is greatly appreciated, pm me and we can hammer out the details
Last week-end I had Aloaf and JD who came and bought some blanks. Aloaf bought Billets of XPS so he’s not scared.
It was awesome to meet such cool people.
JD is a 17 year old shaper that has a lot of potenial.
Those choice longboard pre-cuts went faster than I thought they would. Aloaf siezed the opportunity.
There are about 20 shortboard blanks left. Two longboards and one finished shaped longboard.
By next week-end you can take what is left for your school.
I still have about 30 blanks of XPS hotwired into 67R’s all split and ready for stringer glue up.
Hopefully there are some board builders that would want some of them otherwise I will
put those into storage. They cost a lot of money to process plus the material is not cheap.
At $20.00 for a unglued hotwired XPS blank you would think Swaylockians would be all over it?
Maybe I should quit being so lazy and post some pictures?
All the balsa, cedar and bass pieces will be cut down and processed in to 24" lenghts so I can make nose and tail blocks. (1000’s)
The 2"x8"x10’ Western Red Cedar AAA grade (6 Boards) I will trade a blank company for first quality PU’s.
They will be able to make a lot of T-Bands.
The new shop is looking killer and the new bay is almost complete (Did all the trim work this week-end).
Primed the drywall and went through 8 tubes of chaulk. It’s going to take two coats of primer and two coat of paint.
It never ends. Two more week and we will be finished. Then we will epoxy all the floors.
With everything in order it’s off to INDO!
SD
Glad to hear that a lot of Sways is coming by
to pick up those pre-cuts. Whatever you have
left for the kids after all is said and done is fine. I have
worked out a deal with the auto shop guy and he
has welded up a set of shaping racks per my specs
(based on my set) and we will set up a small bay in
a freight container on school grounds! The auto body
guy is a surfer so he has chimed in and wants to help host
the glassing and polishing seminar to go with the boards.
Surfboard manufacturing is coming to inner city LB!!
Shout out to the LBC!!
Thanks again, M.

I love the shot of your truck all loaded up.
Your going to be busy for a while!
