Just some good shit!!!
I remember that board, he won that year as I recall. I still use that reinforced hot coat technique, love it. What a great work of master craftsmanship indeed. That board should be worth thousands, no doubt.
That was a fun project, all four guys did inspired work and I was thrilled to be included in that group. I think it was a one time competition but it would be great to see some kind of display of start to finish work in the future. I thought the build videos were fun to watch with the boards being displayed.
start-to-finish amazement. in awe of the whole process, skill and finished product!
Awesome! Awesome! Awesome!
All those builds were so good. - I really hope genes board hits the water - I know that’s always his intent. -
I don’t understand wall hangers???
Sooo much good info and for me personally it set an incredibly high bar of quality in the build process to work towards.
Im beyond impatient - slow and steady is a thorn in my side but each little step towards a more respectable build feels good.
I am almost at a loss for words watching this phenomenal display. A lifetimes worth of dedication, learning and perfecting ones trade/art on show.
Thank you Gene and all the other “masters” who frequent this forum and share their knowledge.
Truly inspirational.
