Any ideas of good price to sell these boards for?

$150–200————. The Eberly will be worth more than the Anacapa. IF there is a signature on it. If not you’ll be doing well to ge $200 out of either one of them.

Does this help me?

I know that Tom Eberly is or was known as a pretty good shaper. I don’t know his history, but I am thinking he is an Hawaiian shaper. Someone who knows of him and likes his shapes might give you more money. The Anacapa was part of a line of boards that Channel Islands did for awhile when Al Merrick was still involved. They were meant to be a cheaper version Channel Island shape. They were CNC’ed, a quick 4oz glass job, sanded finish, no signature and were priced like a discounted CI. The shapes were good though. I don’t know if they were USA made. Might have been done by Cobra or someone overseas. That’s the story I heard, but just rumor. Sort of like the Realm boards that Tom Curren was involved with.

PS That signature is a rice paper lam/logo not an actual signature. So it doesn’t necessarily insure that he shaped it. But it is a facsimile, so it
Makes the board worth $50 or $100 more. They are average boards sort of like a used R(Rusty), Lost or CI. Put them on Craig’s. $200 for the Anacapa and maybe $350 or so for the Eberly. Get a feel for it and drop price as necessary. Of course if you are in some part of the world where good used boards are hard to find they would be worth more.

Google Eberly. There is some good info. I guess he was or may be affiliated with Lightning Bolt.
