any info on this board ?

so my buddy is restoring an old board that looks like it was made in the mid to early 60’s but there is no signature or markings of any kind that we can find

but the weird thing about this board it that its only 8’3

thickness- 1.65/ 2.75/ 1.75

width- 16/ 19.25/ 14.75

the only thing that i can think of is someone stripping down an old board and reshaping it to this size

but i would love to hear what you guys think about this board, thanks

Looks like an early 60s board, for sure. Not that unusual for the period. Many people rode boards under 9 foot. Women, kids, guys who just preferred less length. I doubt it’s a “cut down”.
