Heading down to Stavanger from Bergen for a week from tomorrow as theres supposed to be swell… Never been down there and it will be my first surf in a bit over a year as Ive been in Bergen…

Surf isn’t picking up here till tomorrow so you still have some time to grind her down Mike! Haven’t had the chance to surf in over a year so I’m going to check it out today anyways. Fingers crossed for something with enough power

I’m located at the other side of the north sea (Belgium), this swell won’t make it down here unfortunately.
Why are you going to stavanger? Can’t you surf closer to Bergen? Or is it all fjords and no beaches?
Yeah Stavanger… Guess there’s places around Bergen but you have to get out past so many islands (see map),… I guess haugesund has places but Stavanger is tried and tested and I have a place to stay here and car access so… How is it in Belgium this time of year? Consistent something? Girlfriend and I wanting to take a trip somewhere soon…
I actually surf in the netherlands, closest beach is there at 1h drive.
It is very inconsistent here, winter is better but still inconsistent.
However it can be quite good from time to time, below you can find some pictures from last 11th of July. (All taken at my homespot. But not by me, I was in the water
