I have a request from Japan to build this board.
The stringer is agave and I am wondering if anyone has any resources that they can connect me to. I can glue up to blank as needed.

… I’ve had some well meant and helpful PM’s regarding using Agave.
I’m happy to ‘follow the path of least resistance’ and let someone else make these puppies.

I’ve gotten some PM’s on this and handled for now.
I gues the big thing to consider about this kind of project is you never know what you are getting until you cut them down, open them up, find out how much is rotten & useless, or has bird nests bored out, insect infestation, pockets of air or other such considerations. I have also been told the stuff is real ITCHY to work with.
I’m sure Linden and some of the boys could fill our ears with tales of joy (and woe) on their quests with Mother Nature. But then, we flirt with the whims of OMO every day of our lives, so I guess it comes with the territory.
