There was an exceptionally good surfer from SE Florida, maybe Ft. Lauderdale in the mid to late 1960"s by the name of Robbie McCormick.
I knew him from surfing Ft. Pierce North Jetty and southside Ft. Pierce.
He seems to have just disappeared or simply may have dropped out of surfing late 1960’s.
One of my next door neighbors in the industrial complex (Jensen Beach, FL) where I have a business was good buddies with McCormick when they were young and he doesn’t seem to know his whereabouts.
I don’t now him but wish you luck…
