Anyone selling a modified planer?

Hey guys,

I’m looking for a modified planer, mine died.
DM me if you have a Hitachi 20sb (no ST) or a modified Bosh you want to get rid of.

Got mine on craigslist. Was able to contact him and he was willing to ship. There are usually quite a few on the LA/SoCal area craigslist. Geography not my thing

I can’t find any modified ones. is yours modified ?

Yes, mine was from a shaper who had listed it. Looks like there are some relatively inexpensive Skil100’s on the CA list.
Some more searching may yield one up and down the West coast of craigslist.
You could always go new for $300, which for a modified planer in good condition is not much less than that.
