First heard they went out of business, then heard they sold to Cobra. Maybe a combination of the both - went out of business then sold the formula & molds. If true, that would be a big win for Cobra to be able to manufacture poly blanks in-house. Haven’t heard anything directly from them so these are just rumors at this point.
GREAT NEWS!!! Arctic is still producing foam, the doors are open, and they are going to be bigger than ever. Marty and Andrew are still at the helm. I’m still a distributor. Place your orders now. Since they left Midgets Surfblanks formula (prone to shrinking) and developed their own formula they have been consistently producing the best Poly foam in the Western Hemisphere. And soon the Eastern Hemisphere and the World. Not at liberty to divulge any details, but I am sure they will do a press release sometime in the future.
