7’4" x 21.6 x 2.9 EPS 2 lb, 4 oz glass light weight. hand lay up speed dial style fiberglass fins. fastest bord ever, prove me wrong?
Very nice.
Impossible to go faster than a red board.
Unless it is red and has flame graphics (a scientific fact)…
True, true. Red and/or flames are considered performance-enhancing in small boat sailing as well in most motorsports.
@resinhead1 Outstanding board Sir!
It should be specified that the flames in said graphics must be reaching in the opposite direction of travel in order to facilitate speed. Otherwise they are merely decorative.
And yes, excellent board!
Green boards are faster, green is the go color. Red is the stop color.
Red definitely attracts your eyes.
Are sharks colorblind, can they see color? Old time Hawaiians colored the bottom of their boards black.
Since I have been on Swaylock’s (a few years now), I have kept seeing this absurdity: “Red boards are faster” coming back from time to time, even from otherwise nice and clever guys. (Resinhead is taller and stronger than I, better not play with him…)
I find it absolutely ridiculous. We are in the 21st century, people should start to realize that science has all the answers, we can no longer go by beliefs with no scientific bases. Especially in such a serious media as Swaylock’s.
Please, no more “My grandmother always said that red boards are faster, so they must be”
Red boards are not faster.
Color has no influence whatsoever on speed.
Except blue, of course.
Nice board, BTW, Mr. R.
Would you provide some more info about the fin setup /speed dialers?
The only reference I found are the Pavel type…
You have both fronts and rear the same size and outline right? Flat insides?
Are you using the Mc Kee placement numbers for you setup?
The board iand fins are beautiful!

These are the fins sketched on a 8 1/2 x 11. So print it out that size and you are good. They are single foiled, but leading edge is round blunt
Good day sir!!..good day indeed!
I have fins like that from Robin Mair, go them years ago.
