Sheesh Gene, that 12 footer is BEAUTIFUL! Very generous of you to give it up for Surfrider!

I personaly I like the Schnabel and the Van Sant… the others seemed so trite and contrived… :=) it’s all good though, and for a great cause.

Gene that board is absolutely gorgeous. Austin and I always measure our progress as board builders/glassers by the “Gene Cooper” standards. We will be there one day! We will have to take a trip with Kevin and come see you next summer.

Gene, Wow. You are truly a cut above.

As I look at that amazing surfboard, I feel newly inspired. The problem is, now I also feel like I DON’T KNOW ANYTHING.

Hats off to the craftsmen/artists who brought that beautiful thing to life. Doug
