ASP3000 Trouble - Bogging Down

I’m sure it is my failing but when I bring in a reference board (pic), it boggs down to the point that all my CPU resources are used and it takes minutes to do anything. I’m using pictures I have used before with no trouble. What am I doing wrong?

Works fine without a reference board pic. Loads fine. Ideas? thx

What’s the resolution and colour mode of your reference pic?

That is what I thought too. But the files are like 12 KB. A big one is 150 KB. And these are board pics I’ve used before.

I’m hoping Jimmy will jump in.
